When it’s time to replace shredder knives?
When considering the productivity of the crushing system, tool life is one of the most important aspects to consider. Understanding how to identify the service life of the chamber or determine when replacement is necessary is a key level to maintain optimal system operation. So how do you know when to replace the tool? Any operator can visually inspect and evaluate through some simple methods to help make these decisions. One of the simplest methods is to visually inspect the extent of tool damage. If you see a chamber filled with chips and chisels, or if there are multiple missing hooks, it may be time to consider replacing them. The hook on the cutting tool is used to pull the material into the bite of the shredder for processing. If the hook is damaged or lost, you will not be able to operate with optimal performance. If you notice a missing hook on the tool, you can do some simple mathematical calculations to determine the potential throughput loss you may encounter. For a simplified example of this equation, assuming a total of 40 hooks in a room, if 10 of them are lost or damaged, the throughput may decrease by 25%!...

Industrial wood grinding machine
The composition of wood waste may vary greatly depending on its source and use. We understand that customers need to use machines with multiple functions to meet their numerous applications. Our machines can handle various materials, from large waste to small waste, solid products, or composite materials. No matter what your wood processing needs are, the machines designed by Luodate can meet your needs. Advantages of Wood Grinders Some basic advantages of a wood grinder include: Customizable use – Some machines allow you to change the size of the hammer as needed. Luodate also provides drying systems for some of our machinery. Large feeding port – Capable of processing large building block products Wear resistance – Unlike wood chippers, wood grinders are more robust equipment. Efficiency – Most of our wood grinders are manufactured to quickly and thoroughly process large amounts of wood chips. Whether your application involves fuel, mulch or compost preparation, or converting waste into sawdust, our industrial wood grinder is the solution.

Tire shredder
Recycling tires can be very challenging as their rubber mixture consists of approximately 30 different components, making it extremely durable and difficult to decompose. Tire shredder is used for recycling tires. Its working principle is to crush and change the material of the tire in order to convert it into various usable products. The complexity of tires requires tire shredders to have greater strength and strength than any other type of shredder. There are various types of tire shredders, each designed in a unique way that can process waste rubber tires into various forms. About complete tire recycling equipment Due to the fact that the rubber mixture of tires requires many refining processes before use, the internal mechanical design and process of each tire crusher are different. Consider the following common types of tire recycling equipment: Tire Hook Debeader-Pull out tire steel brfore tire shredder to protect shredder blades, especially for truck and OTR tires. Tire shredder machine-Shred the tire into 50*50mm rubber pieces. Separator-Separator is a special equipment to separate rubber and wire from used tires. The equipment is suitable for recycling and reprocessing of used tires. Rubber Crusher-Tire rubber shredder machine used for crushing all kinds of waste...

Choose the appropriate shredder
Industrial shredders have many different functions and can handle specific types of materials. To ensure that you choose a product that meets your needs, you need to consider the following points: Materials – rubber and paper are relatively soft, but metal requires special blades. The most important consideration is the type of material that the shredder will encounter. Branches are usually cut into small pieces by high-speed chippers, while large pieces of plastic are first processed by a shredder and then usually ground into small pieces by a grinder. Similarly, large heavy-duty applications such as crushing trucks also require hammer crushers. Desired Output – The required size and state of the shredder output are usually defined by the purpose of the shredding process. Some facilities may require coarse separation of materials, while others may require complete crushing. The installation and operation cost of a Single-pass shredders is relatively low, but if the material must be reduced to a smaller volume, additional compaction equipment is required. Capacity – A shredder that runs at almost full capacity is more likely to require frequent maintenance, so you should always choose a shredder with a capacity slightly higher than what you need. A larger...
