Waste wood processing for recycling
Recycling Renewable resource such as wood plays an important role in environmental protection. Wood is commonly used for making pallets, particle boards, and dismantling wood. At the end of its useful life, a large amount of wood will eventually become waste wood at the recycling company’s premises. Then, particularly clean waste wood can be recycled and reused for new products (such as recycled particle boards).
Especially when recycling waste wood, it must be treated in several stages – mainly including the following steps:
-Receiving, weighing, and quality control
-Classification according to waste wood grade
-Primary Shredding
-Separate recyclable materials (such as metals)
-Secondary (fine) crushing/granulation
