Rubber Crushing Machine

Tire rubber shredder machine used for crushing all kinds of waste rubber tyre and hard plastic products,through the motor drive the rotor rotation the rotate knife installed on the motor and the fixed knife installed on the body interaction to form shear incision, so as to achieve the purpose of high efficiency crushing material.

The tire rubber shredder is composed of frame, rotor, screen mesh, feeding port and other parts. The motor drives the rotor through the pulley to make the rotate knife and fixed knife cut to shred the rubber and plastic pieces. The top cover is connected to the feeding conveyor belt at a uniform speed to feed the material. The screen machine is used to screen the crushed rubber granular.
